Socktober – one way to help
It’s so easy to feel paralyzed by recent events, but there are concrete things you can do to help our hurting world. Here’s one: October is Socktober Month. Socks are the most needed and least donated article of clothing in homeless shelters. Please consider bringing in new socks for men, women, and children throughout the month of October. Place donations in the box outside the Undercroft.

St Peter’s Church School
Children and Youth are part of the life and spirit of St Peter’s Church. On Sundays during the school year, children ages pre-K to teen may attend Church School during the 10:15 Service. The classes help guide them as they learn about the faith and hear stories from the Bible.
Church School Classes:
Upstairs (in nursery classrooms):
- Beulah Land (PK – 1) telling the stories of our faith
- Godly Play (Grades 2 – 4) godly playing with the stories of our faith
Downstairs (in Memorial Room):
- Emmaus (Grades 5 – 9) discovering Jesus in our midst
Family Sundays are held on selected Sundays throughout the year. Instead of attending Church School, children join in the 10:15 service, which features a Children’s Sermon and a simplified Children’s Liturgy.
We ask that all church school families complete this brief registration form.
