The purpose of the Annual Parish Meeting is to:

• elect the new members to the Vestry

• elect the Delegate for the Diocesan Annual Convention

• adopt the budget for the coming year

• hear reports of the committees of the Church

The Annual Parish Meeting is not a time of controversy or personal agendas. It is an informational gathering of all the members of the parish, and a time of fellowship. It is also a great time to gain in-depth knowledge of our parish and its service in the community.
